微课翻转教学模式在农民培训中的应用
Flipped Class Based on Micro-Course in Farmers'Training

Abstract
Professional farmers'training is important to modern agricultural development and could increase farmers'income. The current farmers'training model has high training cost but poor effect. Therefore, combining the Massive Open Online Courses and Internet technology, we put forward a training model based on micro-course and flipped classroom. The model has two basic points. First, the courses are oriented to agriculture problems and implemented on the Internet platform. Second, before class, farmers watch the online course in which the instructors deliver knowledge, in class, farmers raise questions to the instructors based on their understanding of the course and get the answers from the instructors. In this paper, we discuss the new model and conduct a case study. The practical application shows that this model conforms with the characteristics of farmers, has low cost and good training effect, and it is a beneficial exploration of the Internet+farmers'training.关键词
