牛源纹带棒状杆菌的分离鉴定及其耐药基因与agr管家基因的检测
Isolation and identification of Corynebacterium coryneform from cattle and detection of its resistance genes and accessory gene regulator
摘要
Abstract
A dominant strain was isolated and identified as Corynebacterium coryneform by 16S rRNA.We found this strain had the conditional pathogenicity in the regression animal test and the mice pathogenicity test.Accroding to the minimal inhibitory concentration and the resistance gene,we found the tetracycline resistance gene and macrocyclic resistance gene were dominantly expressed.We also found the virulence-associated genes—accessory gene regulator(agr housekeeping gene) of C.coryneform by PCR.关键词
