Expressions of Aquaporin 3 and Aquaporin 4 in small intestine during enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli-induced diarrhea in mice
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the changes of the expression of aquaporins(AQPs) in the small intestine during enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli-induced diarrhea in mice,using Real-time PCR and ELISA method,we demonstrated that AQP3mRNA expression and protein concentration in the jejunum,and AQP4 mRNA expression and protein concentration in the ileum were significantly time-dependent decreased in ETEC-induced diarrhea.These results suggest impaired AQPs also play an important role in ETEC-induced diarrhea.关键词
