Abstract
Adrenal disease is an important part of endocrine diseases.Our understanding of adrenal diseases has been significantly improved with the development of modern detection technology and the accumulation of experience,but some problems still need further study.We discussed four hot problems about adrenal diseases according to the research of domestic and foreign investigations:The classification,hormone secretion,differentiation of benign and malignant of adrenal incidentaloma;Specific diagnostic methods and cut-off points of subclinical Cushing's syndrome;Molecular mechanisms of functional adrenal tumors;The confirmatory tests and the cut-offpoint of aldosterone-renin ratio for screening of primary aldosteronism.关键词
