摘要

Abstract

With a transmission case casting part for example, the technical line, key process and application effects of the 3D printing wax model-plaster mold investment casting were analyzed. The dimension deviation of the 3D printing wax model and the casting part for a transmission case were measured. The results indicate that the 3D printing wax model -plaster mold investment casting technology, with advantage of quick manufacture, reliable technique and casting quality, can be used for trial-manufacture of aluminum alloy new product development.
