摘要

Abstract

Effects of hot isostatic pressing (520 ℃±10 ℃, 120 MPa, 2 h) on defect, microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL205A alloy casting were studied. The results show that shrinkage defect of the casting was grade 4, and there were no defects in the X ray film by hot isostatic pressing. The average tensile strength of casting body was increased from 428 MPa to 477 MPa and elongation was increased from 2.3% to 6.8% after T5 treatment. The casting grain size was not changed by hot isostatic pressing process.
