Abstract
Re-contained second-generation single-crystal cast bars with different cross-section area were prepared.The effect of cross-section area on the stress rupture property under several test conditions was studied.The results reveal that the scale effect of 1 mm tabular specimen and mm in diameter standard bar specimen from the same cast bar is obvious under the condition of 1 100 ℃/130 MPa,while it is opposite under the condition of 980 ℃/250 MPa,due to the severe oxidation effect.The stress rupture property of 1 mm tabular specimen from airfoil and mm standard bar specimen from cast bar is similar under the condition of either 1 100 ℃/130 MPa or 980 ℃/250 MPa,indicating that the microstructure effect is not remarkable.关键词
