摘要

Abstract

The Al-P inoculant was produced by the powder metallurgy together with extrusion method,and the inoculation of the A390 alloy hypereutectic Al-Si alloy melt was processed,and the effect of the Al-Si inoculant treatment on microstructure and primary silicon size was investigated by the optical metallographic and XRD.The results show that the optimum property of the Al-P inoculant is obtained by the 570 ℃ sintering.Use of the A1-P inoculant at 780 ℃ for A390 alloy modification treament,it will dissolve quickly,the incubation time is very short,the microstructure is refinement and uniformity,the primary silicon crystallization is obviously refined,the average size is 22 μm,which is better than the refined effect of the known inoculant.
