VCp/Fe复合材料在紧固件冷镦模中的应用研究
Application of VCp/Fe Composite in Cold Heading Die for Fasteners
摘要
Abstract
The application of VCpFe composite in cold heading die for fasteners was investigated.The results show that VCp/Fe composite presents outstanding mechanical properties in the cast state due to the strengthening effect of the VC particles.The comprehensive mechanical properties are greatly improved after the appropriate toughening treatment.Compared with forging cold heading die Crl2MoV,the service life of VCp/Fe composite cold heading die will prolong 50％～60％,and the manufacturing process is simplified,the cycle will shorten and the cost will reduce.Therefore,the VCp/Fe composite is promising in application.关键词
