Abstract
The scanning electron microscope was used to observe the morphology of the surface of a hot rolled steel sheets,and the formation process of the iron oxide scale was simulated by changing the heating temperature and heating time in the laboratory.The results show that the morphology of the oxide scales on the upper and lower surfaces of the hot rolled plate has obvious difference,the phenomenon of oxidized iron sheet pressed into heat rolling plates are exist in both the upper and lower surfaces of the hot rolled plate,but the oxidized iron sheet in the upper surface is broken.The oxidation rate of hot rolling plate is approximately linear with the holding time,and the thickness of the oxide layer can prevent the diffusion of oxygen.The oxidation rate equation of high temperature rolling obtained by simulation is W=4.52 e-Ea/RTt.关键词
