Abstract
Using the finite element software ANSYS,the squire billet continuous casting mold as the research object,based on the node temperature transfer method,using the ANSYS contact analysis technology to establish billet continuous casting crystallizer three-dimensional fmite element model of the transient heat transfer,the distribution of the blank shell and the mould was analyzed.The results show that the copper wall temperature in the curved surface area is lower,and the upper mouth is close to the temperature of cooling water in the water seam.Meniscus under 50 mm copper mould wall temperatures is the highest,up to 157 ℃;the shape of the copper tube is basically the same as that of the copper tube in the actual production.The surface of casting billet is removed from the angular part 30 mm,and the surface temperature of the slab is uniform.关键词
