摘要

Abstract

The structure characteristics and the casting defects of several typical silicon brass ZCuZn16Si4 open sea valve shells were discussed,and the corresponding casting process scheme was given.The results show that the leakage of the cold trap,the porosity and the oxide inclusions are avoided,and the leakage of the sea valve is effectively avoided,and the reliable casting is prepared.
