摘要

Abstract

According to the structure of the middle and rear axle shells and the material characteristics of QT450-10,the sand-faced metal mould and a single casting process was adopted,and the process was analyzed and optimized by computer simulation.The results show that the quality of the mould,the chemical composition of the molten,the spheroidizing treatment and inoculation process and the opening time are the key to obtain the qualified castings.At the same time,the design of sand-faced metal mould casting line must be combined with the characteristics of the products process.
