摘要

Abstract

The large aluminum alloy wheel hub with 18 inches or more was the research object.The ProCAST software was used to simulate the process of filling and solidifying the original process,and the defects in the joint of the spokes and rim was analyzed.The process optimization was carried out from the two aspects of adjusting mold temperature and structure and cooling process.The mechanical properties and microstructure of the actual wheel hub are tested,and the optimum process is obtained.
