摘要

Abstract

The brake disc was the important component in the braking system of high speed rail,the casting quality determined the braking effect of high speed rail.It was found that the slag defects are main type of the friction surface defects in plastic resin box production conditions when the casting was cut.The friction surface slag defects are greatly reduced through the defect cause analysis and process improvement,the brake disc yield reaches 99.8%,the internal and external quality significantly improve,and it meet the foreign comprehensive quality requirements of high speed rail brake disc.
