甘蓝型油菜种质资源的聚类分析
Clustering analysis of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) germplasm resources

Abstract
Hybridization is one of the main methods for rapeseed breeding in China.In order to study the genetic diversity of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) germplasm resources to improve their utilization efficiency,12 quality traits of 208 cultivars were tested by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS).The results showed that all the tested traits were significantly different in variance analysis.The 208 cultivars were divided into 6 groups at clustering threshold λ =4.86 by cluster analysis using unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means (UPGMA),in which the first group including 170 cultivars was obviously divided into 4 subgroups at clustering threshold λ =3.7.Using cluster analysis with sum square of deviation method,all the tested cultivars were quite clearly divided into 7 groups at clustering threshold λ =27.00.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the two clustering results,the 208 cultivars could be ultimately divided into 13 groups.关键词
