Current Situation and Countermeasures to Patent Transformation of Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province under New Situation
摘要
Abstract
Scientific and technological achievements transformation is a major way to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and also an important link between economic development and science and technology .In national innovation system ,colleges and universities play a significant role ,where patents are a major form of scientific and technological achievements . Timely and effective transformation of patents can promote the industry-university-research cooperation and stimulate regional economic growth .To make greater contributions to the innovation-driven development in Anhui Province ,colleges and universities need to increase their awareness for patent transformation , improve their patent operation capacity ,and to optimize patent transformation system .关键词
