自然观光地旅游劳工移民社会融合结构及其影响因素分析 ——以九寨沟为例
Social Integration Structure and Influencing Factors of Tourist Labour Migration in Natural Sightseeing Places :A Case Study of Jiuzhaigou
摘要
Abstract
Taking Jiuzhaigou as a case ,setting up survey scale by using social integration measurement indexes home and abroad for reference and conducting pre-examination , this study investigates social integration structure and influencing factors of tourist labour migration in Jiuzhaigou .Data is collected though semi-structure interview and questionnaire , and analyzed by factor analysis and variance analysis .Research results reveal that :social integration of the area can be reduced to as four dimensions ,including social ,cultural ,economic and psychological integrations ,of which the first two are on a higher level ,and the last two on a lower level;the factors influencing the integration involve value divergence , cultural difference , environmental deterioration , intense competition , disordered business environment ,poor conditions in medical treatment and education ,monotonous entertainment and so on;positive factors include developing and steady economy , good business prospect ,improving social environment ,long mutual assistance and affective interaction ,etc .关键词
