"双创型"人才视角下的大学生村官培养机制研究——以安徽农业大学为例
Cultivation Mechanism of College-Graduate Village Officials from the Perspective of"Innovative and Entrepreneurial" Talents:Taking Anhui Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract
Based on the survey conducted in Anhui Agricultural University , this study aims to make deep reflections on some typical issues concerning the cultivation of college-graduate village officials . Combining the cultivation of "innovative and entrepreneurial" talents and pre-cultivation of college-graduate village officials ,based on the theories of cooperative cultivation and interdisciplinary talents cultivation ,and integrating academic research with social reality ,this study systematically establishes a four-in-one reserve and cultivation mechanism of the village officials .After realizing the positioning and development of talents cultivation , the mechanism will further promote college students' ambition and interest about agriculture and their agricultural knowledge ,and cultivate more college-graduate village officials who are willing to go to grassroots ,can perform their duties excellently ,and will either stay at their positions or change their posts as required .关键词
