Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of stereoscopic cultivation on growth of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum.[Method]For the late growth period of Tetrastigma hemsleyna um in conventional flat planting pattern,the stem vines creep to the ground and leaves were over-lapping,which caused the stems and leaves in the lower layer to fall prematurely and seriously affected the growth.Learn from the cultivation tech-nical principle of three-dimensional agriculture,the effects of three-dimensional cultivation techniques on the growth of Tetrastigmah emsleyanum was studied by the design of three-dimensional,flat cultivation and other cultivation mode test.[ Result] The stereoscopic root-limited cultivation technique could effectively improve the ventilation,air permeability and light-transmitting conditions in the field of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum, sig-nificantly improved the disease resistance,decreased incidence of root rot,reduced the seedling death rate and increase the yield and quality of underground tuberous root of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum.[Conclusion]Stereotyped root cultivation has a good effect on reducing the disease of Tet-rastigma hemsleyanum,improving the plant growth and improving the yield per plant.关键词
