基于模块化的约束系统高精度建模方法研究
High Precision Modeling method of Restraint System Based on Modularization
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency,accuracy and replaceability of finite element modeling of occupant restraint system,the accuracy of the simulation model and the replace ability,this paper proposed a high precision modeling method based on modularization.The restraint system of submodule were built with finite element in INCLUDE files,and it was validated with component tests of airbag,steering wheel,steering column,seat,instrument panel and other parts.The restraint system model was established by directly called these sub-module INCLUDE files.Through comparing the simulation output with the test data of a certain 100% overlap frontal crash dummy injury data,it showed that the simulation results had a high accuracy with the verification of sub-module,and this modeling method was feasible.关键词
