摘要

Abstract

The synthesis of Lyral by direct hydration reaction of Myrac aldehyde with CT-500 cation exchange resin as catalyst was studied.The influences of temperature,dosage of solvent and ratio of Myrac aldehyde vs water,etc.on direct hydration reaction of Myrac aldehyde by fixed bed reactor was investigated.Better conditions for reaction were identified.The results showed that the Myrac aldehyde conversion rate was 76.95%,and yield of Lyral was 73.72% when temperature of reaction is 85 ℃,time of the reaction is 24 h,the mass ratio of Myrac aldehyde vs water vs isopropyl alcohol is 1 ∶ 1.5 ∶ 4.5 and flow rate of reaction is 0.368 mL/s.
