Real-Time Face Tracking Based on Adaboost and STC
摘要
Abstract
The spatio-temporal context (STC) tracking method is investigated aiming at the problem of intelligent monitoring in public focus areas.The new method firstly uses Adaboost algorithm for face detection and then tracking the face real-time by STC is proposed because that STC can't track faces real-time and automatically.First of all,Adaboost algorithm is used for face detection.Then the spatiotemporal relationship between the detected face region and its surrounding contents is established by the Bayesian framework to calculate the confidence map of the detected face region and the maximum position of likelihood function as a tracking result.Experiment results shows that this method is a simple,real-time and robust method,and it is an effective way for real-time face tracking.关键词
