自卸车油气悬架特性仿真与平顺性研究
Research on the Characteristics and Ride Comfort of Dump Truck's Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension
摘要
Abstract
This research put forward a kind of single air chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension with its application to a dump truck.It established the non-linear mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic suspension considering friction,pressure loss in pipe and other factors.The accurate formulas of elastica and damping are established.Researched the influence factor to stiffness and damping characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension by simulink.It analyzed the hydro-pneumatic suspension effect on ride comfort by simulation of pulse road and the random road of D.The research results provide preference for the design of the hydro-pneumatic suspension.关键词
