摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the interior whine noise which is produced by the electrical vehicle's gearbox at acceleration conditions,and the main reason is that the rear mount bracket stiffness is too low.Basing on the test analysis and the finite element analysis,the author has traced the main structure borne transfer paths,and optimized the rear mount bracket which improves the isolation performance of the rear mount system.And the test has proved that the optimization is benefit to the interior whine noise.
