Structure Parameters Optimization Design of the Cylindrical Permanent Magnet Governor
摘要
Abstract
Permanent magnet governor is a kind of advanced speed regulation and energy saving products. The structure optimization design of the permanent magnet governor was focused on. On the basis of the guarantee permanent magnet speed performance,according to the principle diagram of the structure of cylinder permanent magnet governor,the mathematical model was set up. According to the existing parameters setting,from the thickness of the conductor loop,the thickness of the conductor tube,the thickness of air gap and the number of permanent magnets on the permanent magnet governor structure optimization design ,through contrastive analysis of the lines of magnetic force,magnetic induction intensity,magnetic field intensity and electromagnetic force and so on,the optimal structure parameters was selected,and the structure optimization was verified,so as to achieve the purpose of the structured,improve the output torque,improve the production process and the performance of products.关键词
