Control System Design of High Frequency Switching Rectifier in Electric Vehicle Charging Module
摘要
Abstract
Due to the advantages such as high reliability,easy to modular integration,PWM rectifier and DC/DC converter two levels of cascading charging modules is widely used in the data center power supply system and electric vehicle charging stations. To eliminate the grid current distortion problem when the three-phase PWM rectifier adopt the traditional control strategy,a new control strategy named voltage feedforward and QPR compound method was put forward. Constant pressure phase shifting control was used for the DC/DC converter. The detailed theoretical analysis and parameter design methods were given out. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy ,a 15 kW high frequency switching rectifier prototype platform was built,the experiment results show that the grid current with the proposed control strategy is good,zero voltage switches is realized and current quality of transformer primary side is good.关键词
