10kV交流XLPE电缆改为直流运行的温度场和电场仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of Temperature Field and Electric Field for 10 kV AC XLPE Cable in DC Operation

Abstract
After the AC cable distribution line is transformed into DC operation,the use of the original line's power supply capacity can be maximized by designing the operation parameters of the cable accurately.We established a simulation model for the temperature and the electric field coupling according to the parameters of the typical three-core XLPE cable widely used in 10 kV AC distribution network by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The temperature field and the transient and steady state electric field were simulated and analyzed for the cable in DC bipolar operation.The results show that,for the selected typical cable,when it lays in the 40 ℃ air and the long-term working temperature of the conductor is 70 ℃,the current carrying capacity of the cables is about 440 A.Meanwhile,in order to avoid the effect of the space charge,the DC voltage range of the selected cable is ±10~±20 kV,and its maximum transmission power is 1.3~2.6 times before reconstruction.The conclusions as well as the design conditions and procedures can provide some references for the related engineering.关键词
