Sensing Characteristics of Acetylene Gas in Transformer Oil of Nano-modified Graphene-based Film Sensor

Abstract
The detection of dissolved gas in transformer oil is of vital importance to diagnose the early fault and monitor the security and stability of power systems.Acetylene is one of main featured gas to distinguish transformer faults.In order to detect the acetylene content and provide decision support for the transformer insulation fault type and severity,we adopted a method of hydrothermal combination with layer-by-layer self-assembly to fabricate the silver@tin oxide/reduced graphene oxide (Ag@SnO2/rGO) based film sensors.The film structure was characterized by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD),and the acetylene gas-sensing properties were investigated.The experimental results revealed that the film sensor has good sensitivity towards acetylene gas at low temperature,and possesses excellent response-recovery characteristics,stability,and low detection limit.This work provides an important guidance for the fast detection of fault characteristic gases in transformer and fault diagnosis.关键词
