摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperoxia liquid in the treatment of acute cerebral watershed infarction.Methods 86 patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group (43 cases) and a treatment group (43 cases).The control group were given conventional treatment,such as improving circulation,anti-platelet aggregation,and nerve nutrition.The treatment group were given conventional treatment and 500 ml hyperoxia solution,ivgtt,qd,for 2 weeks.Before and day 7 and 14 after the treatment,both groups were scored by National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) and Daily life Barthel index score (BI);and 6 months after the treatment,both groups were evaluated by Modified Rankin scale (MRS).The curative effects were compared between these two groups.Results Day 7 and 14 after the treatment,the scores of NIHSS were significantly lower and the scores of BI significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (all P < 0.05) than the control group on the seventh and fourteenth day;Six months after the treatment,the MRS score was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P < 0.01).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions Hyperoxia liquid in the treatment of acute cerebral watershed infarction is effective and can improve the patients' nerve function defect and prognosis,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
