Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of benazepril combined with prednisone in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 58 patients with pediatric nephrotic syndrome admitted into our hospital from September,2016 to March,2017 were randomly divided into an observation group, treated with benazepril and prednisone, and a control group, treated with prednisone,by random sampling method. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, clinical symptom score,24-hour proteinuria, plasma albumin, and cholesterol were observed in both groups. Results The clinical effective rate was 96.55% in the observation group, which was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The clinical symptom scores were (0.38 ± 0.02),(0.36 ± 0.03),and (0.24 ± 0.02),the 24-hour proteinuria (0.97±0.48) g/24 h,the cholesterol (4.66±0.25) mmol/L,and the plasma albumin (30.15 ± 3.33) g/L in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group (all P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of benazepril combined with prednisone for children with nephrotic syndrome is significant;it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients. It is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
