妈咪爱联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察
Bifid triple viable bacterial tablet in combination with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet in combination with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods Ninety cases of infantile diarrhea treated at our hospital from February,2016 to February,2017 were divided into a control group and an observation group,45 for each group.Besides conventional treatments,the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder and the observation group with bifid triple viable bacterial tablet and montmorillonite powder.After the treatment,the clinical efficacies were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.3％ vs.77.8％,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the normalization time of stool routine examination and antidiarrheal time in the observation group were significantly shorter (both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacterial tablet in combination with montmorillonite powder is effective for infantile diarrhea,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
