Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of superficial lymph node biopsy guided by contrastenhanced ultrasound (CEUS) versus ultrasound elastography.Methods 1 00 patients with malignant tumor treated and undertaking superficial lymph node biopsy at our hospital from January,2016 to February,2017 were selected.The 50 patients undergoing contrast-enhanced ultrasound localization were set as a study group and the other 50 undergoing ultrasound elasticity imaging localization a control group.The diagnostic accuracies were compared between these two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy was higher in the study group than in the control group (96.00％ vs.80.00％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Superficial lymph node biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the false negative rate.关键词
