Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the related factors of postoperative complications of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy (D2) for advanced gastric cancer,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of laparoscopic assisted D2 radical resection.Methods The clinical data of 116 cases of advanced gastric cancer undergoing laparoscopic assisted D2 radical resection in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 was retrospectively analyzed.The postoperative complications were recorded during 3-6 years' follow up.The univariate analysis and multivariate regression analysis (logistic model) were used to analyze the related factors of postoperative complications.Results The operation of all the 116 patients were successful.The rate of postoperative complication was 24.13％ (28/116),the rate of grade Ⅱ and above complications was 12.07％ (14/116).Univariate analysis showed that age,preoperative complications,intraoperative blood loss,preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were related to postoperative complications (P＜0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that age,preoperative complications,postoperative blood loss were independent risk factors of postoperative complications (P＜0.05).Conclusion We should pay attention to the assessment and intervention of risk factors of postoperative complications such as age,preoperative complications,intraoperative blood loss during laparoscopic assisted D2 radical resection for advanced gastric cancer patients,to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and guarantee the prognosis of the patients.关键词
