Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods 50 patients with BPH in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional open surgery,while the experimental group was treated by transurethral resection of the prostate.Compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group [(45.80±8.31)min vs.(63.22±22.25)min],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).And the intraoperative blood loss volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group [(69.8±34.8)ml vs.(142.38±2.41)ml,P＜0.05],patients had a safer procedure;the recovery time of patients in the control group was longer after operation,the incidence of urinary incontinence was higher (2 cases vs.0),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate can effectively improve the patients' treatment experience,with the advantages as less bleeding,short operation time,quick recovery,low incidence of complications,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.关键词
