摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of mosapride combined with acupoint injection on proximal gastric diastole and gastric emptying of patients with functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods 142 patients with FD were collected and were randomly divided into control group and combination group,71 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets, and the combination group was given acupoint injection of Danshen injection and oral mosapride citrate tablets. The serum motilin (MTL),Ghrelin levels and stomach gas score, gastric emptying rate before and after treatment, and proximal gastric volume changes at 0 min,30 min,60 min after drinking water and developer were observed between the two groups. At the same time the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The serum MTL,Ghrelin levels in the combination group after treatment were respectively (218.6±27.4)pg/ml,(3.8± 1.6)ng/ml,significantly higher than those in the control group [(175.l±26.5)pg/ml,(3.2±1.5)ng/ml] (P<0.05);the stomach gas score in the combination group was (0.4±0.2),obviously lower than that in the control group [(0.6±0.3)];the gastric emptying rate in the combination group was (75.8±19.4)%,significantly higher than that in the control group [(57.2±16.6)%] (P<0.05);the proximal stomach volume in the combination group 60 min after drinking water and developer was (12.4±4.6)ml,which was significantly less than that in the control group [(22.6±5.2)ml] (P<0.05);the marked effective rate and total effective rate in the combination group were respectively 63.4% and 87.3%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (35.2%,63.4%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablets combined with acupoint injection can effectively improve the MTL and Ghrelin levels of patients with FD,reduce the stomach gas score, promote gastric emptying, improve proximal stomach diastolic function and clinical curative effect.关键词
