Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinkeshu tablet combined with irbesartan on arrhythmia caused by hypertensive heart disease.Methods 92 patients with arrhythmia caused by hypertensive heart disease treated in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.Blank group was treated with irbesartan and placebo,while research group was treated with irbesartan and Xinkeshu tablet.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);after treatment,the SBP and DBP in the research group were (132.54±6.43) mmHg and (89.75±6.43)mmHg,significantly lower than those in the blank group (P＜0.05).The incidence of atrial fibrillation,ventricular premature beat,and atrial premature beat in the research group was 4.35％,which was significantly lower than that 30.43％ in the blank group (x 2=4.36,P＜0.05).Conclusion Xinkeshu tablets combined with irbesartan can control the blood pressure level of patients with arrhythmia caused by hypertensive heart disease,which can reduce the rate of arrhythmia,with exact clinical effect.关键词
