Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing care based on WeChat group on rehabilitation compliance and self-care ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were collected and were divided into intervention group (n=60) and routine group (n=60) with the random number table method.The patients in the routine group received routine discharge guidance at discharge,and the patients in the intervention group were discharged into hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage WeChat group,the implementation of continuing nursing care for 6 months was carried out in the WeChat group.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the rehabilitation status of the patients,including rehabilitation compliance,self-care ability,and complications.Results The rehabilitation compliance score and rehabilitation compliance of the intervention group at 6 months after discharge were respectively (16.83±1.86) points,78.33％,which were significantly higher than those of the routine group [(13.54±1.25) points,58.33％] (P＜0.05).At 6 months after discharge,the rate of self-care in the intervention group was 53.33％,which was significantly higher than that in the routine group (26.67％) (P＜0.05).The incidence of pressure sore and total complication rate in the intervention group were respectively 1.67％,11.67％,which were obviously lower than those in the routine group (11.67％,35.00％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous care of WeChat group can effectively improve the rehabilitation compliance and self-care ability of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after discharge,and reduce the risk of related complications.It is worth to be used for reference and promotion.关键词
