摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the testing requirements of contact-finger-pressure in the installation process of high voltage disconnector,a new type of contact with real-time continuous force measurement in the open and close process is proposed.Based on mechanical principles,the relation between the contact pressure and the contact deformation is derived.After that,the structural design of the contact is given in consideration of its actual working conditions.Finally,a high voltage disconnector test platform is adopted to test the contact pressure during the open and close processes of the disconnector.Experimental results indicate that the designed contact head can continuously measure the contact pressure in real time.Moreover,changes of the link length lead to the malposition between the contact and the contact finger,and the unilateral pressure of the contact finger increases.Based on pressure curves of the contact finger,the open and close synchronization of single-phase conductive arm can be obtained,and the threephase-periodicity detection method of the disconnector is also acquired.Accordingly,the new contact for force detection can help and guide the installation of the high voltage disconnector.
