摘要

Abstract

A pipe device was self-designed.The explosion propagation process of methane-air mixture in confined space was studied by experimental test and analog simulation.The error between analog simu-lation result and experimental data was less than 12%.They were all close to the literature data.Test study indicates,when the ratio of length and diameter (L/D)was lower,the flame can be not acceler-ated.The pressure wave was focused in a very thin area in the front of flame.With flame propagation from left to right,the maximum explosion pressure of methane-air mixture was up to 0.92 MPa.The maximum explosion pressure value have nothing to do with pipe ignition point in confined space.
