复方丹参滴丸对2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ~Ⅴ期患者肾功能的影响
Effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Renal Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy at Stage Ⅲ~Ⅴ

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound danshen dripping pills on renal function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅲ -Ⅴ. Methods:On the basis of intensive hypoglycemic, antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy, type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The patients were randomly divided into control group and exper-imental group. The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin excretion rate, urea nitrogen and ser-um creatinine before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After treat-ment, glycosylated hemoglobin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, urinary albumin excretion rate of two groups were significantly decreased ( P <0.05);In the experimental group, the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in stage Ⅴ were significantly lower than those in stage Ⅳ and stage Ⅳ patients ( P <0.05) . Conclusion:Compound Danshen dripping pills have significant effect on improving the renal function of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and the higher the staging of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, the more obvious the stage is.关键词
