Abstract
Aiming at a certain large -scale command information system,the definition and connotation of its threshold performance are given based on the analysis of concepts related to military and civil fields at home and abroad.Start from the key operational issues that the command information system evaluation,the index system including 12 threshold performance indexes and 13 threshold condition indexes are provided,and a test and evaluation project is given,including test scenario design,test environment construction,test data acquisition plan,test implementation method.关键词
