From the Perspective of IPE:The Initiative of Ice Silk Road
摘要
Abstract
As an cooperative initiative of docking "One belt,One Road"with the Arctic develop-ment,the Ice Silk Road initiative will not only help the economic and social development of the Arctic,balance the global transportation and trade structure,but also alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of resources for the sustainable development,and even broaden and deepen the cooperation between china with other countries.From the historic experiences,the success of the Ice Silk Road initiative should be based on a political consensus and be guaranteed by the economic efficiency.Given the special geographical and complicated political environment, the Ice Silk Road construct needs extensive international consensus and technological cooperation.关键词
