Abstract
Interest Rate Liberalization is one of the reforms in our country.China's commercial banks can improve their competitiveness to cope with the challenges of the new conditions.Devel-oping marine economy is the latest national strategy and the new economic growth point in China. Promoting the development of marine economy to a high level and optimizing the marine economic structure can't be separated from the financial support.Interest Rate Liberalization will promote the mutual competition between the banking industries,so that the commercial bank funds flowing into the relatively high risk,high-yield marine economy.This paper analyzed the im-pact of Interest Rate Liberalization to ocean shipping,expounded the important significance of In-terest Rate Liberalization in ocean shipping development.On this basis,this paper put some rec-ommendations,including strengthening policy support,strengthening the construction of talent and professional qualification of financial institution,strengthening capital market construction, broadening financing channels, promoting investment diversification, and strengthening information collection and sharing.关键词
