Abstract
There are several engineering accidents of monopile's grout connections reported in Britain.These accidents happened after several years operating of wind turbines.Comparison and analysis between old design methods and new version DNV-J101 standard methods was carried out to reveal the causes of accidents,which includes grout connection arrangement requirements,connection capacity calculation and grout fatigue analysis methods.Then the development of new analysis methods and limitation of original design methods which were adopted to design the accidental monopile grout connections are expound.The S-N curve of grout is expressed with piecewise and unilateral logarithmic function,so integral solutions of grout connections derived in order to carry out spectrum fatigue analysis.Lastly quantitative analysis of grout connections in a typical case with offshore wind turbine foundation design software FDOW is given to further explain the mechanism between different analysis methods.关键词
