仝小林教授辨治痛风经验
Clinical experience of professor TONG Xiaolin in treatment of gout by differentiation of syndromes
摘要
Abstract
Professor TONG Xiaolin considers that gastrointestinal is the pathological center, abdominal fullness, internal heat and turbidity retention is the basic pathogenesis of gout when treating it by differentiation of syndromes on the basis of TCM theory. He usually pays attention to the location differentiation in clinical. In the acute phase of gout, he often dispels wind and eliminates dampness, invigorates blood and relieves pain. In the chronic phase, he often adjusts methods when deficient and excessive syndromes appearing together. In addition to emphasizing the traditional differentiation of syndromes, he attaches importance to the dose-related effects at the same time. What's more, he is good at combining with the modern research results, fully understanding and overall grasping the rules of the generating and development of the disease. He also masters in giving full play to the modern pharmacology studies, points out the target action of herbs clearly when prescripting. Professor TONG Xiaolin usually uses modified Danggui Niantong decoction to treat gout in the acute phase, which not only can relieve the patients' clinical symptoms, but also can reverse the medical indexes. This article will report a case of gout patient which professor TONG treats with modified Danggui Niantong decoction,in order to share with peers through analysing and summarizing it.关键词
