急诊机械辅助动脉溶栓术联合丹红注射液治疗心源性脑栓塞
Danhong injection combined with mechanically assisted intra-arterial thrombolysis in treating cardiogenic cerebral embolism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mechanical assisted arterial thrombolysis combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of cardiac cerebral embolism.Methods 58 cases of patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and the two groups were given mechanical assisted arterial thrombolysis with rt-PA,the experiment group added Danhong injection after mechanical assisted arterial thrombolysis with rt-PA, the NIHSS score, GCS score, BI excellent rate, 90-days modified Rankin scale (mRS) score ≤ 2 proportion,symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage rate and mortality after different treatment were determined. The results were compared between two groups. Results The NIHSS scores significantly decreased and GCS score significantly increased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.05). The GCS score and NIHSS score in the treatment group were obviously better than those in the control group after 2 weeks treatment (P<0.05). The 30d BI excellent rate and 90d modified Rankin scale (mRS) score ≤ 2 proportion were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The rate of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group, There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups after 90d treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion We conclude that mechanical assisted arterial thrombolysis combined with Danhong injection can improve recovery from neurological deficit in patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism, possibly providing these patients a clinical benefit and improve the long-term prognosis, which gradually becomes an important means of treating cardiogenic cerebral embolism and it is worth promoting.关键词
