温通散眼部热熨对早期糖尿病视网膜病变眼血流及视网膜内层血液循环状态的影响
Effect of hot compress withWentong powder on the eye in early diabetic retinopathy patients on hemodynamics and blood circulation of entorretina

Abstract
Objective To study and explore the effect of hot compress with Wentong powder on the eye in early diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients and the influence on hemodynamics and blood circulation of entorretina. Methods 198 eyes in 132 DR cases within three stages were selected as the research objects according to the randomized controlled principle, the cases were divided into two groups (observation group and control group), each roup had 66 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with thrombus, the observation group was treated with hot compress with Wentong powderon this basis.After 1 month,the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and the indexes of ocular blood flow and the blood flow velocity of central retinal vein were evaluated, observed the therapeutic effect of hot compress with Wentong powderon the eye in early DR patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.53%. Two groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment, the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery peak systolic velocity (PSV) and diastolic end diastolic velocity (EDV) increased significantly, between the groups, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The decrease of blood flow resistance index (RI) and the mean blood flow velocity in the central retinal vein (Vm) significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant (mean P<0.05). The improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Hot compress with Wentong powder on the eye is effective to treat the patients with DR in the early stage, and it can improve the hemody namics and blood circulation of entorretina关键词
