玉屏风散外用治疗干眼症
Yupingfeng powder topical treatment of xerophthalmia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng power for topical treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods 30 patients with dry eye were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation with Yupingfeng powder,while the control group was treated with 0.1% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops. After two weeks, compared with their symptoms before and after, Schirmer's test and tear break-up time. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 100%, control group was 53.3%. Compared with the two groups, treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group of tear secretion and tear break-up time were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yupingfeng powder has the effects of tonifying qi and strengthening exterior. The use of Yupingfeng powder fumigation eyes, which can be directly to the local resistance and provides a new method for the treatment of dry eye.关键词
