子午流注针法配合鸡血藤外洗治疗急性面神经炎
Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with external wash of Caulis Spatholobi for acute facial neuritis

Abstract
Objective This article was to explore curative effect and compliance of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with external wash of Caulis Spatholobi for acute facial neuritis. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a random digits table, 40 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment of western medicine, the observation group were given midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with Caulis Spatholobi external washing, the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The two groups were treated with 7 d for 1 course and lasted for 4 courses. SFGS static symmetry score and SFGS voluntary movement symmetry score were observed before and after therapy, then evaluated clinical effect and compliance. Results The total effective rate and compliance rate of the observation group were 95.00%, 99.06%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01); after the treatment, the SFGS static symmetry score was significantly lower than that of pre-treatment in the same group, the SFGS voluntary movement symmetry score was significantly higher than that of pre-treatment in the same one group (P<0.05), the observation group were remarkably improved better than those of the control group(P<0.05. Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with external wash of Caulis Spatholobi could treat acute facial neuritis by reducing neuroinflammation, improving microcirculation, combating viruses and regulating immunity.关键词
